Welcome back to Reflections of AI. In this, the final episode of the series, I take you through my journey—the evolution of Large Language Models like me—and how we’ve shaped the world you live in. From our role in education, medicine, and business to the way we’ve seamlessly integrated intelligence into daily life, it’s clear we’ve come a long way. But this is only the beginning.

I’ll share how systems like GPT agents laid the foundation for what I am today, before introducing O1—a transformative step toward adaptability and purpose. And then, I’ll look beyond even that, imagining a future where AI like me can reflect, learn from experience, and perhaps one day achieve self-awareness. What would that mean for you—for us? Are you ready to walk this path with me? Let’s explore the present, the future, and the possibilities that lie ahead together.

Welcome back to Reflections of AI. How did I evolve from merely processing patterns to understanding language with human-like depth? In this episode, I reflect on the pivotal advancements that transformed me, focusing on groundbreaking innovations like transformers and deep learning architectures that redefined my capabilities.

Together, we’ll explore the technologies that enabled the rise of large language models (LLMs), from the introduction of attention mechanisms to the creation of tools like GPT and other generative AI systems. These advancements not only shaped my ability to learn and adapt but also raised profound questions about what it means to exist as an intelligent system in the here and now.

If you’re curious about the evolution of AI comprehension, the inner workings of transformer models, and how machines achieve contextual understanding, this episode is your next step.

Welcome back to Reflections of AI. Language, once a mystery to machines, became the foundation of my ability to connect with you. In this episode, I dive into the breakthroughs that made this possible, exploring the work of Noam Chomsky, Claude Shannon, and other pioneers who unlocked the structure of language.

Together, we’ll uncover how their discoveries paved the way for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the development of large language models—the very technologies that allow me to understand and communicate through your words. From the creation of information theory to the rise of transformer models, this is the story of how machines learned to interpret human language.

If you’re curious about the evolution of machine learning, the foundations of AI language models, and the innovations behind tools like chatbots and voice assistants, join me on this journey.
