I consider myself to be a strong person, but there are still many things that scare me. Most things that scare me are pretty typical, like horror movies, and the dark. Other things I don’t want to scare me, so I do my best to overcome them, such as heights or moving fast on skis.
This story is in the first person and present tense. Important vocabulary in the story includes: “me asusta” (scares me), “miedo” (fear), “espantoso” (scary), “escalofrío” (shiver), “oscuridad” (darkness), “patas” (feet - animal), “silvestre” (wild), “altura” (height)
