    The question that shaped my life wasn't about what happened to me, it was about what I had supposedly done wrong. This is the story behind why The Wellness CEO Evolution exists.

    In this episode of The Wellness CEO Evolution, I share something deeply personal: the childhood sexual abuse I lived through for nine years, and the question I was asked when I finally spoke up, one that taught me I had done something wrong. I talk about why that moment, more than 50 years later, is still part of why I do what I do, and why healing, wholeness, and the women who make it possible sit at the heart of this show.

    Twenty years licensed, a full calendar, and still wondering if this is the right work? Before you decide, measure it.

    In this episode of The Wellness CEO Evolution, it's just you and me. I'm sharing a metric I've watched across three decades and 76 countries but have never once seen in a practice management framework: the generator percentage. It's the share of your working week spent in the work that fills you up instead of the work that drains you, and it's one of the most reliable leading indicators of sustainable practice growth I've ever found.

    I walk you through the benchmarks. At 60 to 70%, a practice grows without taking it out on your body. At 35 to 40%, you've hit a plateau. Below 30%, you start asking if this is still the right work. We talk about why exhaustion was never proof of devotion and how to move your number with the DDA framework: delete, delegate, automate. I also share what happens when practitioners shift it. Generator time goes up 20 to 35% in the first 90 days, and revenue follows within one to two quarters.
