Operation GOTH aka Operation Get Out The Hood, is a podcast hosted by Michael Smith-Grant (commonly known as Ekard) with his partner-in-crime and co-host Kayla. This podcast will cover a range of topics mainly from stories of obtaining financial freedom, to the highs and lows. Ekard is a full-time content creator while Kayla is a full-time working-class consumer.

Operation GOTH is a motto Ekard came up with that works in multiple phases. Phase 1: Getting Out The Hood (achieve a state of financial security), Phase 2: Stay Out The Hood (Improving ones financial security to financial stability) and Phase 3: Help Other Get Out The Hood (The ultimate step after obtaining wealth in both knowledge and financials).

As a content creator, Ekard will offer insight about how he has tried to grow on platforms, the best and worst sponsorships he's had, and especially the worst experiences working with brands. Ekard will also share insight on what he's learned in trying to build his following over the past 13 years as a content creator.

As a consumer who has dabbled in content creation but now works full-time, Kayla will offer her stance on someone who consumes content and her stance on the realities of 'Get Rich or Die Tryin' as a person trying to escape the rat race of life and the dreaded 9-5.
