The realization of how therapeutic planting can be. Nature really gives healing benefits, but how did it help me? I talk about my journey with plants and my mental health.

I had an interesting Birthday. I talk about the highs and lows of my day. But, over all I reflect on my day and the unexpected beautiful sign I received.

In life we struggle with being our authentic self when other's try to mold us into something we are not. I talk about my personal struggle with being myself and not being excepted in some cases.

I reminisce on some wonderful memories of how nature played a huge part of my childhood and even current life. Also, why I named my new kitten Kodama.
