 At our Learning Lab, we believe that drawing upon lived experience to create narratives, is a way of exercising agency as a marginalised person whose voice is rarely heard — and rarely deemed 'creative'. The Third Eye’s 'Pocket-Sized Stories' bring you narrative discoveries made while plumbing the depths of memory, shaped by each maker's creative agency.These stories have emerged slowly, fermenting over a steady process of intensive mentoring that starts in one of our writing workshops. Staged on the ground of the everyday, they feature offbeat narrative styles, sometimes bringing you characters like Patnewali (from Patna!) and Achuki from Marwad, sometimes a caseworker’s diary, and sometimes a hushed voice telling you a secret.If our stories leave you with a thought to express or the need to scribble, write to us at thethirdeyeteam@gmail.com. For more such narratives, come find us at thethirdeyeportal.in and thethirdeyehindi.in. द थर्ड आई की लर्निंग लैब में, हम मानते हैं कि हाशिए की आवाज़ें, जिन्हें शायद ही कभी सुना जाता है या रचनात्मक माना जाता है, ये तभी सुनी जा सकती हैं, जब ये आवाज़ें अपनी कहानी खुद कहें. लेकिन ये कहानियां आसानी से जन्म नहीं लेतीं, बल्कि धीरे-धीरे एक खमीर बनने की प्रक्रिया में तैयार होती हैं, जो लेखन कार्यशालाओं और गहन मार्गदर्शन से संभव होती है. इन्हीं कहानियों को, इस रचनात्मक एजेंसी की झलकियों को, उन खोजों को जो लोगों ने अपनी स्मृतियों में उतरकर की हैं, इन्हें हम पॉकेट-साइज़्ड स्टोरीज़ (Pocket Sized Stories) के रूप में प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं.‘रोज़मर्रा’ की ज़मीन पर टिकी ये कहानियां ज़्यादातर उन आवाज़ों को सामने लाती हैं, जो पहली बार अपनी कहानी कह रही हैं. ये आवाज़ें अपनी अनोखी कथन शैलियों से भरी हैं. कभी ये कहानियां शिक्षा पर होती हैं, जिन्हें हम कहते हैं ‘श से शिक्षा’; कभी कोई धीमी सी आवाज़ अपने यौन अनुभव का कोई रहस्य बताती है. कभी आप ‘पटनेवाली’ की आवाज़ में ठेठ बिहारी अंदाज़ में पितृसत्ता को चुनौती देती कहानियां सुनते हैं तो कभी मारवाड़ की ‘अचूकी’ राजस्थान के घरों की झलकियां दिखाती है. इन सबके बीच उत्तर-प्रदेश के अलग-अलग ज़िलों में हिंसा के मामलों पर काम करती हमारी केसवर्कर अपनी डायरी के पन्नों को पलटते हुए सुनाई देती हैं. हर कहानी आपको चौंकाएगी और एक ऐसी सोच के साथ छोड़ जाएगी, जिसे आप शायद लिखना या साझा करना चाहें.तो, हमारे साथ इन कहानियों के साथीदार बनिए. निरंतर रेडियो पर सुनिए पॉकेट-साइज़्ड स्टोरीज़ और अपने विचार हमें thethirdeyeteam@gmail.com पर लिख भेजिए. आप इन ऑडियो कहानियों को हमारी वेबसाइट https://thethirdeyehindi.in/ और https://thethirdeyeportal.in/ पर सुन सकते हैं.Copyright 2025 Nirantar Trust Kunst Sozialwissenschaften Unterhaltung & Darstellende Künste
