It's a practice called Igenics, and Amy has spent years cross-referencing what she sees in the eyes against tools like Myers-Briggs and the Clifton Strengths Finder, looking for the patterns that keep repeating across generations.

The inexplicable panic response that feels way out of proportion to whatever just happened.
