In this emotional, revealing and honest episode, I share my own personal journey with Post-natal depression. A topic very close to my heart and one that I feel should be openly discussed and for there to be more, education and training for.
This episode surprised me as I got quite emotional recalling what I went through at the time, which was just over 12 years ago.
Every mum's experience is different and I hope sharing my own experience can be a powerful reminder that you are not alone and you will get through it. Most importantly, that you are doing an amazing job!.
