Btw, I'm Cody. I run Mind, Brain, Body Lab. I help women complete heartbreak with neuroscience, so the next one; is different.

Bottom line, I'm not guessing at this. I’ve got a degree in cognitive neuroscience, I’m a certified IFS practitioner, and have thousands of hours of client work with hundreds of women under my belt. I’ve been featured on CNBC, the New York Post, and HuffPost. And I’ve got over a million followers and more than a billion views!

But the credentials aren't why I do this. I spent years attracting the wrong people: a first girlfriend who made love feel conditional, a college partner who cheated, a three-year abusive relationship, and then a breakup with the person I thought was The One that blindsided me. I did the work alone, piecing it together from books, podcasts, and therapy with no clear path forward.

Here's what I learned getting out of it: you don't need to fix yourself to find love. You need to remember how worthy you've always been, and retrain your nervous system to actually believe it. That's not manifestation or toxic positivity. It's neuroscience, trauma therapy, and reps.

Most dating problems aren't dating problems. They're unfinished heartbreak problems.

If you’re ready to complete heartbreak so the next one is different, subscribe and stick around.

You're loved, you're enough, and I believe in ya.

    Video Summary ⤵️
There’s a 10-second test you can run before you send a boundary that tells you exactly which part of you is about to panic. (Your thumb is involved.)
One of the five reasons boundaries feel mean is that you actually were being mean. It’s the least common one, and it’s the one you gotta rule out first.
Researchers ran five experiments with over 2,000 people and found the person saying no gets one thing wrong, consistently. Even with their own partners.
The most common reason has nothing to do with being a bad person. It’s a part of you running a retention strategy on a sentence about Saturday.
Over-explaining a boundary doesn’t make it kinder. It actually makes the next one harder, and the reason is kinda sneaky.
The 3-part script that keeps the boundary AND keeps the relationship. Part 3 is the one everybody skips.

    Video Summary ⤵️
There’s a question almost every man asks on a date, and it tells you almost nothing. The one that comes right after it tells you almost everything.
When a man hands you a five-step plan for your bad day, it usually isn’t for you. I’ll tell you exactly who it’s for.
Love-bombers skip one specific question. Every single time.
There’s a four-word question most men will never ask you, and the reason lives in his nervous system, not his vocabulary.
“Do you trust me?” sounds romantic. It’s actually a test. There’s a better question, and the tell is whether he asks it more than once.
If one of these questions made your stomach drop, that’s not a flaw in you. It’s something else, and it matters a LOT for your next relationship.
A two-column note on your phone can answer “is he emotionally available?” faster than three weeks of decoding his texts.

    Video Summary ⤵️
    • There’s one question women ask me about dating that almost always answers itself. And when it does, it’s actually good news.
    • The thing you’re calling “being careful” is the exact strategy that set you up to get blindsided last time.
    • Real readiness has a marker. It’s one sentence, and it is NOT “I’ll never get hurt again.”
    • Guys do this too. One told a woman, a date or two in, that he was actively hunting for her flaw. (Yikes.)
    • Almost everyone tries to skip one of the three phases, and it’s the one where the actual change happens.
    • There’s a single question you can ask yourself after your next date that tells you exactly which phase you’re in.
