Über diesen Titel

Links to Messiah is where faith, family and the profound impact of the Jewish Messiah converge. Hi, I’m Rachel and was raised in a Messianic Jewish home where my parents ensured that my sisters and I understood our Jewish roots and how the Old Testament all pointed directly to our Messiah, Jesus.

We explore the Jewish roots of the Bible. We discuss the importance of understanding feasts and festivals. We highlight how these traditions are intricately linked to the narrative of the Jewish Messiah.

    Jan 15 2026

    Send us a text

Rachel Kushner introduces the theme God is a Promise Keeper, beginning with the biblical story of Noah and the Ark. Families are invited into the idea of covenant, explained in kid-friendly language as a special promise God makes and always keeps. Through Noah’s obedience, the waiting on the ark, and the sign of the rainbow, listeners are reminded of God’s faithfulness and care for His people.

This episode is designed to be meaningful for all listeners, whether or not they are members of Shabbat Club. Families who have the Shabbat Club worksheets can follow along for a more hands-on experience, but everyone is welcome to listen, imagine, and learn together.

The episode sets the foundation for an ongoing covenant journey through Scripture, helping families see the Bible not as random stories, but as one connected promise story that ultimately points to Jesus. The episode closes by inviting listeners to return next week as the story continues with God’s promise to Abraham.
