This message focuses on Jesus’ letter to the church in Philadelphia and the importance of remaining faithful when God provides opportunities.
Jesus is described as holy, true, and the one who holds the “key of David,” meaning He has ultimate authority to open and close doors in our lives.
The sermon emphasizes that believers should trust God’s timing rather than forcing opportunities themselves, recognizing that God can use even our “little power” for great purposes.
It also highlights historical periods of spiritual revival and encourages believers to pray for another awakening and to participate in what God is doing.
The message warns that opportunities from God often bring opposition, but believers should not become discouraged because God is able to fight their battles and protect His people.
The promised outcome for those who remain faithful is protection, honor, a new identity in Christ, and an eternal place with God.
Ultimately, the sermon challenges Christians to hold on, overcome opposition, faithfully proclaim Jesus, and remember that while salvation is a free gift, each person must choose to receive it.

In Revelation 3, Jesus speaks to the church at Sardis, a church with a reputation for being alive but a very different spiritual reality. Pastor Grant challenges us to look beyond appearances, wake up from spiritual complacency, and remain committed to both the Word of God and the Spirit of God. God is not finished working, and He has MORE He wants to do in His church and in our lives.

The letter to the church at Thyatira shows that Jesus sees both the good works and the hidden sins of His church. Although the believers at Thyatira were growing in love, faith, service, and perseverance, they tolerated false teaching and sexual immorality. Jesus, whose eyes see everything, exposes sin not to shame people but to lead them toward repentance, healing, and grace. He warns that continued refusal to repent brings judgment, while those who turn back to Him can receive mercy.
The passage calls Christians to honor God with their bodies, reject sexual immorality, and allow Christ to purify His church.
Jesus also promises authority and eternal fellowship with those who remain faithful, teaching that those who will reign with Christ must first allow Christ to rule them.

Ultimately, the message is a call to hear Jesus, repent of sin, trust His greater grace, and remain faithful until He comes. The letter to the church at Thyatira shows that Jesus sees both the good works and the hidden sins of His church.
