The postpartum period is a moment for rest, recuperation, finding yourselves and It is a topic I preach and sing about in my clubhouse rooms weekly. Layers Within is on clubhouse every Monday at 21:00hrs GMT. Many of the recordings are straight from the rooms including this one
It is sad though that the mother is never kept in the front row in the western world after the birth of a baby. Even at the 8 weeks appointment where for the most part the files get closed, the highlight of the appointment is the contraception and when not to get pregnant again
