  • 43. The Hard Truth: Men, Sex, & Aging
    Oct 28 2026

Let's talk about the elephant in the bedroom. Or rather, the penis.

Sometimes, erections can become less reliable than they used to be, testosterone levels start changing, and sex suddenly requires a little more planning. Men's sexual health doesn't get nearly enough attention beyond the little blue pill, and there's actually a lot more going on than just the plumbing.

Dr. James Kuan, board-certified urologist and sexual medicine specialist, joins this episode of Labia Logic for a candid conversation about erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, aging, and how men's sexual health affects their partners.

The Docs discuss how erectile dysfunction can be an early warning sign of cardiovascular disease, why testosterone isn't always the magic fix, and how painful sex, mismatched libidos, and a lack of communication can create a vicious cycle for couples.

This episode explores why sexual health is about more than what happens between the sheets. You'll learn why treating the whole person matters, how couples can navigate changing sexual needs, and why great sex doesn't have an expiration date.

Getting older doesn't mean giving up on pleasure, it might just mean rewriting the playbook.

  • 42. HPV. WTF?!
    Oct 14 2026

HPV: Three little letters that can cause a whole lot of panic. Does a positive HPV test mean you have cancer? Or will, in future? Are genital warts something to worry about? And does an HPV diagnosis mean your partner has been unfaithful?

Before you spiral down a Google rabbit hole, let's clear a few things up about this incredibly common virus.

In this episode of Labia Logic, Ashley & Meredith explain human papillomavirus (HPV). They're talking about everything from genital warts and abnormal Pap smears to cervical and vulvar cancer risks.

They also discuss treatment options, HPV testing, and why keeping an eye on your vulva matters just as much as keeping up with cervical cancer screenings. You'll also learn how the HPV vaccine works, why regular screenings and follow-up care matter, and what to do if your results come back abnormal.

HPV is common, shame is unnecessary, and taking care of your vulva (and cervix!) is always a good idea.

    Sep 30 2026

Vulvar cancer probably isn't topping anyone's list of fun conversation starters, but that's exactly why it needs one. What does vulvar cancer actually look like? Which changes are worth getting checked? And how do you know when a stubborn "yeast infection" might be something else entirely?

In this episode of Labia Logic, Dr. Ashley Fuller and Dr. Meredith McClure are talking about vulvar cancer, including the different types, the HPV-dependent and HPV-independent pathways, and why conditions like lichen sclerosus can increase risk.

They go over warning signs like persistent itching, burning, sores, bumps, bleeding, and skin changes, plus when a vulvar biopsy may be needed. And yes, they are once again asking you to actually look at your vulva. Know your baseline. Your mirror is not the enemy.

You'll also hear what happens during a vulvar biopsy, how vulvar cancer is typically treated, and why sexual health, pelvic floor therapy, mental health, and quality of life all deserve attention during cancer recovery.

Most importantly: persistent vulvar symptoms deserve an actual exam, not an endless parade of treatments that aren't working. Know your vulva, notice changes, and don't be afraid to advocate for someone to take a look.
