So, this episode marks my Episodes 38/39. I'm pretty proud of it!

And I'm also very proud of what I have managed to prepare in 2023 and share in 2024.

Finally, this is my first episode where I have no guest, and it's just me and myself.

I wanted to make this episode short and precise, but I had too much to say, lol.

How I feel about love and how love has affected me.

As much as I wish that my art pieces will become a love letter for you,

I'm hoping that what I have created will become some sort of reminder of love for you.

Well, well, well! Did I ever have fun talking with this person!

KENZO MARTINI, a sweetheart, talented and hardworking, with an amazing voice.

These days, I always remind myself to do what I can, when I can.

Taking small steps is going to lead you to experiences you never imagined possible.

And KENZO is literally doing just that.

He moved to Japan, left, and then came back to Tokyo to really pursue his dreams.

He started growing his fan base on YouTube and is now releasing songs. Wow, just check out what he's up to now in this wonderfully inspirational episode for anyone diving deep into the Tokyo music scene. Oh, and yes, he's going to sing at the reception party for my first solo show! This is so exciting!

I met him when I was trying to organize a party to promote Marriage Equality in Japan.

His warm heart and willingness to make something amazing happen are always evident. I believe he is one of the key players in the Tokyo scene.

There was something raw, honest, and even reminiscent of rebirth in his vulnerability that I felt from what he wrote.

人生の夢が一つ叶いました。

私は本当に小さい頃から歌手になりたくて。

小さい頃から音楽や芸術にいろんな人生の場面で接してきたのですが実際自分のオリジナルソングを作るって夢は全く叶わず。って思っていたらPODCASTを始めた事がきっかけで。

One thing I can say is, I'm so happy I started this podcast. As I have mentioned in the past, it's a lot of work. But without starting this podcast, I would have never possibly had the opportunity to talk to this talented, beautiful being.

I have never met this man; only seeing him on Insta and thinking to myself, I love this person's work. Beautiful, sensitive, magical, and mostly so mysterious. His work produced such curiosity in me, and I had to reach out. Luckily, he agreed to have a love chat with me.
