How do we remain grounded when fear, pain, and separation are everywhere? How do we not get sucked back into the Matrix — the illusion, the old patterns, the knee-jerk ego responses? That’s what we’re going to explore together in this episode. It’s the follow-up to our last episode 36, You Are Soul — It’s the next step in the arc.We’re going to talk about what it means to stay as the observer. In this episode we're going to do a spirituality grounding. I call it this because I want to emphasize, and bring one salient point home for everyone to look at, examine, internalize, and take to heart as our true identity – as a spiritual being having a human experience. I want to talk about what we've been conditioned to believe. From birth, you were given a name. A story. A role. You were told who you are based on your body, your appearance, your family, your culture. You were taught to identify with the vessel… the body. Not the one having the experience. And slowly, over time, you adapted to that limitation so well…that you actually forgot it was a limitation. You started thinking: "I am this race." "I am this gender." "I am this role." "I am this story." But none of those are you.

In this episode, I want you to settle in and listen carefully, because we as a collective consciousness are hitting a tipping point in this existential drama on Earth right now. So I want you to lean in with me on this episode. I think it’s safe to say that in many respects we are living in a time of world chaos right now. But what if what we’re calling chaos is really a process of exposure? What if the rising tension in the world is not just evidence that things are falling apart, but evidence that what has been hidden can no longer stay hidden? We’ve talked about this before, and that is the tension I want to speak to today. Because many of us can feel it. The pressure is real. The instability is real. The confusion, the contradiction, the division, the noise—it is all real. And if I’m being honest, it does feel like the intensity is increasing. Not someday. Now. Right in front of us. But I want to offer you a different way of seeing it.
