Good morning and welcome to Wake Up, the show where we wake up your faith and your day! 🙌 Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason dive into Acts 1 and talk about one of the most powerful and important topics in our Christian walk: praying in the Spirit and receiving the power of the Holy Spirit! 🔥

Jesus told His disciples to wait for the promise of the Father, saying they would receive power when the Holy Spirit came upon them. But why is this so important, and why do so many Christians overlook it? Today, we’re breaking down Scripture and making this powerful truth practical and easy to understand.

The Holy Spirit isn’t something we need to be afraid of or avoid talking about. God wants us to experience His power working in our lives! We’ll discuss what Jesus taught His disciples, why praying in the Spirit matters, and how it can strengthen your faith and help you walk in the power God has made available to you. 💪

Plus, don’t miss the encouragement to keep your hope alive! No matter what your circumstances look like, don’t let what you see around you determine what you believe about your future. God can lead you from glory to glory, and He’s not finished working in your life!

We’ll also talk about the parenting conference and how every season of parenting brings new opportunities to grow, build relationships, and become better parents.

Be encouraged, stay hungry for God’s Word, and remember that there is more available to you through the Holy Spirit. ❤️
