This episode features an interview with Ian Lee, a Little League coach and parent of a 12U player, discussing his background in baseball and his experiences coaching youth players. Ian shared his journey from struggling Little League player as a child to becoming a dedicated coach and advocate for youth baseball development. He discussed his approach to coaching, including the importance of building trust with players and using small victories to motivate young athletes. The conversation covered Ian's experiences coaching his own son in the Batters travel program and his advice for other parents considering travel ball for their children.
