Resilience, identity. Unfiltered and unmasked.

A life story shared to transform your own! 🤹🏽‍♀️

I’m Allan ; a French Caribean sun kid based in Paris. I grew up between two worlds, two cultures. One day, I hit rock bottom. And it was right there, up against that wall, that I finally saw things clearly. Here, I share my life story, from the beginning to the present day. Each episode is a true story that offers a concrete lesson on identity, resilience, self-awareness, and that essential ability: transforming yourself when everything around you changes.

Listen. Take what resonates with you. And above all, know that you aren't alone. A new episode every two or three days... well, I’ll certainly try!

He looked like he had it all together. Plot twist: the “together” was mostly held in place with ambition, a very convincing smile, and a lot of pretending.

In this honest first episode, Allan shares how growing up gay and effeminate in Guadeloupe shaped his instinct to hide, how achievement became a way to keep going, and what happened when burnout and severe depression finally made “I’m fine” impossible to maintain. He reflects on identity, shame, and learning to face the parts of yourself you’ve been trying to outrun.

If you’ve ever looked polished on the outside while your inner life was buffering, this one’s for you. No perfect transformation story - just a real conversation about starting before you feel ready.
