  • Peptides for Recovery, Hair, Skin, and Nails: Wolverine, Glow, and Klow
    19 Oct 2026

In the third peptide episode, Kim focuses on peptides for recovery and for hair, skin, and nails. She explains the Wolverine stack (BPC-157 and TB-500), what each peptide is based on, and what people are reporting anecdotally: less soreness after heavy workouts and improved function with chronic or localized injuries. Kim then covers GHK-Cu, the blue copper-bound peptide found in many creams and serums, and shares small, industry-funded studies showing gains in collagen and reductions in wrinkle volume and depth. From there, she explains how Glow and Klow build on the Wolverine stack, and shares what women in the Endura Method have noticed, including fewer nights woken by knee pain. Kim closes with an important reminder: peptides are not a cure-all. They fit within a recovery hierarchy, supporting sleep, movement, and nutrition rather than replacing them.

  • GLP-1s Aren't Magic: Keeping the Weight Off and the Muscle On
    14 Oct 2026

Building on the Peptides 101 episode, Kim takes a closer look at GLP-1s, the medications reshaping the weight loss space. She walks through the three you'll hear about most (semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and retatrutide), what each one adds, and the study results that show weight loss increasing from one to the next, with retatrutide results that Eli Lilly compared to bariatric surgery. Then Kim turns to what matters most: GLP-1s aren't magic. Without intentional behavior change, research shows the weight tends to come back once you stop or move to a maintenance dose. Her two non-negotiables are resistance training and protein, ideally in place before starting a GLP-1, to protect muscle and keep the weight off. She shares practical ways to get there, from clear protein drinks to beginner-friendly circuit gyms and the Endura Exercise app.

  • Peptides 101: What High-Achieving Women Should Know
    8 Oct 2026

In this episode, Kim breaks down one of the most talked-about topics in health and wellness right now: peptides. She starts with the basics (what a peptide is, why a GLP-1 is one, and how peptides act as signalers in the body) before explaining the three levels of access: FDA-approved, compounded, and gray market “research purposes only,” each with its own risks. Kim walks through the three GLP-1s you’ll hear about (semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and retatrutide), why weight often returns when behaviors don’t change, and how to protect muscle mass with high protein, resistance training, and quarterly DEXA scans. She also introduces other popular peptides for repair, energy, focus, and sleep, and closes with practical guidance on safety: get baseline labs, match your choices to your risk tolerance, add one peptide at a time, and understand peptide cycling.
