We all need to network up. That means that we must always be on the look-out for a qualified connection. A vetted connection that cares as much about us as we do about them. Rob teaches you to do that. He instructs people to ask good questions and discover the ways to make a new or existing connection stronger.  Rob coach executives how to network. Most executives don’t talk to their employees for fear of saying something they shouldn’t. So where do they network and with whom? Do they have a list of their own trusted colleagues that they can speak to? Usually, but not in-depth. He teaches them how to find those colleagues in their network.
