  • It's Giving Lithuania trip & Turkey Teeth Regrets
    Dec 10 2025

Shane is back and he is in flying form this week. He starts off telling us about the chaos of his last few days from going to D Block Europe to randomly landing himself in Lithuania and even taking a buggy instead of a cab because only Shane would end up doing that. He finally got to spend proper time with his friends and he is laughing about having his boyfriend’s Christmas present sorted while everyone else around him is still lost.

Then he gets real and talks about why Christmas means so much to him. He speaks about the importance of staying grateful for what you have and remembering the people who sadly did not make it to this Christmas. It is honest grounding and very typical Shane.

He also opens up about the reason he went to Lithuania and the procedure he is thinking about getting. He talks about the reality of cosmetic work and how important it is to know exactly where you are going. He looks back on the things he regrets like his turkey teeth and the things he loved like his hair transplant. He is very aware that young people watch and listen to him so he is careful about being honest about the risks and the decisions behind it.

Shane reflects on how crazy this year has been for him. He set goals last year that felt out of reach and now heading out of 2025 he has hit almost all of them. He talks about how wild that feels and reminds everyone that he is just a normal person who works hard and tries his best.

He also shares something new. He would love to move into acting. He recently did a project for women's breast cancer and he talks about what that experience meant to him and why it lit something up inside him.

Then he dives into manifestation. He explains how he manifests in his own life and how it has worked for him. He even tells a story about helping a girl manifest getting her own place and how it all came true for her. Shane being Shane he mixes the deep stuff with humour and a bit of madness but the message comes across loud and clear.

He also talks about something he really wants for the future. It is not in the works yet but he would love to do a live show. He chats about why he believes it would work what he wants it to look like and what he needs to do to make it happen.

Of course he brings the everyday chaos too. He chats about how tough it is on the run up to Christmas and over Christmas with all the food and how much of a struggle it can be for him. And he finishes off by talking about getting invited to a TikTok event and what that felt like.

It is a full on episode filled with honesty laughs chaos and real talk from start to finish.

  • It's Giving Comedy Gold
    Dec 3 2025

Shane is joined by twenty two year old Ellie Dunn who people will know from community radio college life and her time on First Dates Ireland. Ellie starts by opening up about the moment that pushed her onto the show after a guy told her she needed a nose job. It hurt her more than she realised and she speaks honestly about how that shaped her confidence.

She talks about her first match on the show where they are now and how the relationship that followed turned into something she stayed in even though she knew it was wrong. Ellie explains why she stayed with someone who was love bombing her even when it was toxic from the start. She shares how he cheated on her and how her story blew up her TikTok. The video went viral and it is still pinned on her page.

Ellie speaks very openly about getting used to bad treatment from boys and looking back now wondering why she accepted any of it. She also talks about the moment that pushed her back to First Dates Ireland for a second time. After seeing a guy for two years he went on a boys holiday for eight days and did not contact her once.

She then talks about her love life now. Ellie says she loves love but love has not always been kind to her. Shane drags her into the nitty gritty and gets the full story of who she is seeing today. She even tells him about her dear diary where she writes down every date she goes on what the date was like what happened and what the downfall was. It is honest and very Ellie.

Ellie also chats about college. She is studying to become an SNA and shares why she feels so strongly about the work. Shane jumps in with his own story about needing an SNA in school and the whole moment is really lovely. She talks about her passion for community radio the shows she makes and why she loves the buzz of it.

She also shares that she has a part coming up as an extra in a movie. Ellie has taken acting classes and she is the kind of girl who will try anything that interests her and back herself every time.

And the stories. Ellie keeps them coming. From failing her driving test again and again and ending up in a bush to the wild story about her childhood hamster. She buried it thinking it was dead then found out it had been hibernating. She dug it back up and by then it really was gone. It is the kind of story that has you laughing and wincing at the same time.

The vibe between Shane and Ellie is unreal. The two of them are pure entertainment from start to finish. I laughed the entire way through this one.

  • It's Giving Adare Manor Energy
    Nov 26 2025

Shane is back in the studio and catching you up on everything he has been up to over the past week. He dives straight into the chaos and the craic as he fills you in on life lately. One of the big highlights was his Come Dine With Us special in aid of breast cancer at the stunning Adare Manor. He talks through the night, the people he met, the vibe, and the whole experience from his side of the table. After spending the day recording with professionals he says he left feeling like he could walk straight onto the set of the extenders and claim his big TV moment.

He also opens up about how busy life has been and how he is trying to keep some kind of balance while being away so much. He talks about missing home and his friends, the guilt that comes with that, and the reminder he gives himself daily that these are the things he once prayed for.

He chats about the importance of not comparing yourself to how other people handle things because everyone moves through life differently. Then he goes off on a gas tangent about Christmas, joking about wanting to put up the tree already and putting out a plea for anyone willing to donate one after discovering his mother threw theirs out.

He gives a sweet update on how things are going with his new boyfriend before diving into a bigger conversation around food and comfort. He talks about why people feel awkward eating in front of someone new and opens up about his own past, from being really overweight to going too skinny, and the long road to finding a healthy and happy middle ground. He reminds everyone that food is fuel and there is nothing to be ashamed of.

And of course he is buzzing for D Block Europe with his bestie, already imagining the night and the madness ahead.
