What if the miracle you've been praying for is already unfolding and all it needs is space? In this solo episode I dive deep into the power of miracles and prayer. We explore how a shift in perception from fear to love can change the direction of your life, how to turn your prayers into present-tense affirmations, and why making physical, emotional, and calendar space is essential for receiving what you're asking for. I will share my practical five-step practice that you can start today.

For this inspiring episode I am joined by Chris Edwards, the man behind Southern Arizona's iconic Tucson Appliance Company. But behind the commercials, purple and gold, and familiar face is a powerful story of family, resilience, purpose, and community. Chris opens up about his adoption journey and the affirmation that has shaped so much of his life: “I am chosen.” We talk about building Tucson Appliance Company alongside his late father, Bill Edwards; carrying forward a meaningful family legacy; creating a brand people remember; and the power of authentic, creative marketing. He also shares about fatherhood, passing the torch to the next generation, navigating his recent health journey, supporting the military and the Tucson community, and why giving back without needing recognition matters so much to him. This conversation is full of heart, laughter, wisdom, and meaningful reminders that your unique story matters. Chris’s journey shows us that positivity is more than a mindset, it can be a powerful way to create connection, resilience, purpose, and lasting impact.

In this episode Theresa is joined by the bold, brilliant, and unforgettable Val Moreno, founder of Cavalyst Connections and the woman known as the Stiletto Queen for a raw, honest, and inspiring conversation about healing, confidence, entrepreneurship, and the power of showing up as your full self.

Val shares her deeply personal journey: from growing up with generational trauma and self-doubt, to navigating PTSD, finding her voice through therapy, and building a one-of-a-kind business as a self-described "walking billboard." She opens up about reclaiming her worth, the psychology behind how people perceive what they don't understand, and why her signature stilettos are more than a fashion statement, they're a symbol of everything that once tried to break her, now carrying her forward.

This episode is a reminder that confidence isn't about perfection. It's about being rooted in who you are, loving yourself enough to be seen, and creating a life that reflects your truth. If you've ever felt overlooked, boxed in, or unsure of your next step, this conversation will leave you inspired to keep going and encouraged to honor your own becoming.
