For #38 on the good list we have friend of the pod Brian Lonano back on for another banger, literally. We talk about the Coppola of it all, including the documentary about this film, Megalopolis, and the documentary about THAT film, as well as troubled productions, Vietnam, Vietnam movies, and of course the actor who is many directors' own personal Vietnam, Marlon Brando. There's a lot of quagmire to chew on.

#38 on the bad list is what you might call a Smolensk situation, except the propaganda film is Hungarian this time and it wasn't designed to cast blame on another country for a plane crash, it was designed to influence an election. Listen as we get into Hungarian politics (a little) and schlocky film (a lot) and don't bother trying to find or watch this movie, you'd just hate yourself anyway. Read an article about it somewhere then listen to this episode and learn slightly more (and somehow become slightly dumber along with us)

For #39 on the good list....well this one is kind of awkward. Not just because we told Luke the wrong number and he introduced it as #40. Luc Besson has a whole weird thing which is explored here but maybe he's just Fr*nch. Gary Oldman, Danny Aiello, and a bunch of dubbed French guys are here too, and a lot of guns. We talk about a lot of things that are uncomfortable, like Gary Oldman walking on his knees in the movie Tiptoes.
