  • Spiritual Lineage and Soul Purpose: Awakening the Temple Body with Sofiah Thom ⎸Enter the Portal EP# 61
    May 5 2026

In this powerful episode of Enter the Portal, I welcome Sofiah Thom, founder of Temple Body Arts® School, embodied feminine leadership guide, ritual artist, and co-founder of Envision Festival. Born into a fourth-generation spiritual lineage, Sofiah shares how her lifelong relationship with spiritual practice, dance, devotion, and deep listening has shaped her path as a visionary teacher, ceremonialist, and spiritual midwife.

Together, Sofiah and I open a rich conversation around womb wisdom, fertility, miscarriage, sacred sexuality, rites of passage, and the creative power that lives inside every woman. Sofiah speaks honestly about the 2017 near-death miscarriage that became a profound rebirth portal, ultimately leading her to fully birth Temple Body Arts into the world. Her story is a reminder that sometimes the thing we think we are meant to create shifts shape, and through grief, surrender, and trust, something even more aligned emerges.

This episode explores what it means to live in devotion to your soul’s purpose, trust the body’s knowing, and honor the pivots that life asks of us. Sofiah and I weave through themes of feminine leadership, spiritual awakening, perimenopause, sabbatical, ritual, discernment, creative expression, and the courage it takes to stop playing small. She also shares about releasing old identities, cutting energetic cords, listening to the womb, and stepping onto the global stage as a ceremonialist, artist, and guide for women who are ready to remember who they truly are.

Sofiah’s work through Temple Body Arts® supports visionary women, artists, mystics, and feminine leaders in embodied wisdom, ritual dance, sensuality, voice, creative power, and transformational leadership. Her current offerings include mystery school pathways, ritual artistry, trauma-informed facilitation, and global activations for women ready to live their YES.

  • Dreaming Big Is Keeping You Stuck - Jenner Linden ⎸Enter the Portal EP# 5
    Apr 21 2026

Welcome back to Enter the Portal. This solo episode is for the woman who has read the books, done the trainings, collected the tools, and still feels like she's hovering just outside the thing she's actually here to do.

I'm talking about the difference between the dreams we were handed and the ones that are actually ours. So many women spend years chasing goals that look good on the outside but feel hollow inside. Not because they chose wrong, but because they never got to choose. Family, culture, and expectation all have a way of filling in the blanks before we ever get the chance.

I also get into why so many capable women stay stuck in preparation mode. It's rarely about time or money or not knowing enough. More often, it's this: the fear that if you go after what you actually want, you'll lose where you belong. That fear is quiet. But it runs deep.

This episode is about naming it, building enough safety in your body to move through it, and taking your real calling seriously, maybe for the first time.

    Episode Breakdown with Timestamps

    • 07:21 — I break down what “dreaming big” means and why many conventional milestones are often shaped by conditioning
    • 13:18 — I give examples of soul dreams and what it can look like when you begin honoring what is uniquely yours to create
    • 16:41 — I talk about why so many women stay stuck in research, preparation, and circling instead of moving forward
    • 21:47 — I introduce Reclaiming, my free online retreat for women who are ready to reclaim their voice, dreams, and life force

If this episode opened something in you, I’d love for you to subscribe, leave a review, and share it with a woman who is ready to trust herself more deeply. Your support helps us reach more people who need these conversations around healing, purpose, nervous system regulation, and feminine power. And if you’ve been circling a dream that won’t leave you alone, let this be your reminder: it’s there for a reason.

  • The Power of Shadow Work: Reclaiming Self-Worth and Inner Freedom Tara Kabatoff ⎸Enter the Portal EP# 59
    Mar 3 2026

This conversation with Tara Kabatov strips shadow work down to what it actually is. Not something to journal about and move on. Not an Instagram trend. Real shadow work means looking at the parts of yourself you've avoided and learning how to be with them, in your body, without numbing or escaping.

Tara created The Shadow Project after her own unraveling pulled her out of corporate life and into deep internal work. We talked about how unconscious patterns show up in our bodies, how they get reinforced through relationships, and why most people are still looking for answers outside themselves. She shared how a lifelong rupture with a parent shifted only after she changed her own internal landscape, not through confrontation, but through doing the work on herself.

We also got into ancestral patterning, how pain becomes physical when it's been ignored for too long, and why most of what's called shadow work out there is actually just spiritual bypassing in disguise.

If you've been circling the same patterns for years, this one's for you.
