 Podcast description goes here huh? Hmm, well, this podcast is a diary of sorts. Just someone looking for answers, seeking therapy in words. Don't get me wrong, I am also on med's. I recently discovered diary's I have been saving over the years. I find them very interesting today. I have always been the person to listen to other's talk about how they feel. I offer compassion, sometimes even solutions. I am seen as a positive person, outgoing. However, no one has ever asked me how I really felt. This is my story of struggle with mental illness.     This episode is just another look into what makes us who we are. I actually saw a therapist yesterday! I know, I know, you all thought I must have already been seeing a therapist. I haven't, but I am now! It is amazing how speaking to someone outside your circle can make such a difference. Not that I have a circle, however, I do hope to one day. Thank you for being here, and I want you to know that you are not alone.
