Why do we have difficulty in waiting; waiting on the Lord. Especially those of us who have invited Jesus as our Lord and Savior. We all have done things our own way at some point or at many points and could not wait on the Lord for Him to lead, guide and direct us. What's your reason for not waiting on the Lord? How is that going for you?

Forgiveness and Repentance are hardly talked about nowadays. Let's look at how Jesus forgave us thought He foreknew us. Why is it important for us to repent and forgive those who have hurt us?

What's the status of your mental capacity and your mentality. On what basis do you make decisions, from your heart or your mind? Are you making decisions based on your emotions and your feelings. Decisions we make today impacts us for at least the next five years of our lives. Let's go deep.

What is your identity; who are you? Identity is a complex concept that refers to who you are as an individual and as a member of social groups. It's made up of a combination of your characteristics, beliefs, experiences, and how you see yourself. Identity can also include how you think others perceive you. But, have you thought about whose you are? You may be identified by whose you are.

Reflecting on Christmas. Why are we buying each other gifts, when Jesus is the gift. If we are supposedly celebrating Jesus birth, why are we buying gifts for each other? Isn't Jesus the gift from God and He is the gift that keeps on giving. Jesus gives us everything we need for everyday to sustain us. What's the benefit of the Christmas tree and Santa? Something to think about...

What is happiness. When we lack peace, joy and love, we are unhappy. We try to fill the voids in our lives with many different things and people and these are temporary. We seek long-lasting happiness and fulfillment and find that we are not designed to fill someone else's container. We are selfish and our hearts are deceitful. God examines the heart and test the minds and He only can give us long-lasting fulfillment and happiness.
