Over deze titel

Chiro Hustle Podcast is a business, mindset, and marketing podcast for chiropractors who want more—from their practices, their profession, and themselves.

Hosted by James Chester and produced by Luke Millett, Chiro Hustle delivers real conversations with chiropractors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders who are actively building successful, principled practices. This is not theory or recycled advice. It’s practical insight from people who have done the work and continue to push chiropractic forward.

Each episode explores what it actually takes to succeed in today’s chiropractic landscape—practice growth, branding, leadership, systems, patient communication, and personal development. Just as important, Chiro Hustle tackles the mindset behind success: discipline, consistency, accountability, and the willingness to stand for chiropractic without apology.

The podcast respects chiropractic’s roots while addressing modern business realities. Whether you’re straight, mixer, cash-based, insurance-based, or somewhere in between, the mission is the same: help chiropractors build influence, impact, and long-term sustainability without compromising their values.

Guests share their wins, failures, and lessons learned—openly and honestly—so listeners can avoid common pitfalls and accelerate their own growth. Students, associates, and seasoned doctors alike will find perspective, motivation, and actionable ideas they can apply immediately.

Chiro Hustle is more than a podcast. It’s a mindset and a movement—encouraging chiropractors to take ownership of their outcomes, lead with integrity, and hustle with purpose.

If you’re serious about chiropractic and committed to building a practice that reflects your values and vision, this podcast is for you.

  • When the Lights Came Back On with Dr Jessica Hudson DC - Chiro Hustle Podcast 818
    5 Nov 2026

**When the Lights Came Back On with Dr Jessica Hudson DC - Chiro Hustle Podcast 818**

“I felt the light turn on.”

For Dr. Jessica Hudson DC, that is more than a description of her first chiropractic adjustment. It became a metaphor for a profession that would change the direction of her life—twice.

Jessica was already serving in the military when chronic headaches, a persistent hamstring injury, and eventually severe neck pain led her to chiropractic. Her dream of becoming a military pilot had already been derailed after her history of headaches surfaced during her flight physical. Later, after months of physical therapy for her hamstring failed to resolve the problem, she worried about surgery and possibly losing the military career she loved.

Then she received her first adjustment.

Jessica says she felt alive—as though the lights had suddenly turned on. She returned to running, began training for triathlons, and ultimately entered the chiropractic profession herself.

    Years later, everything changed again.

After suffering a concussion in a boating accident, Jessica describes a devastating physical and emotional decline involving repeated illness, fatigue, destructive decisions, financial problems, increased alcohol use, and suicidal thoughts that led her to call the VA crisis line.

Her journey back involved faith, a community of chiropractors, upper cervical care, chiropractic neurological care, nutritional support, and rediscovering the principles that had first attracted her to the profession.

Today Jessica operates a mobile chiropractic practice, taking chiropractic directly into people's homes while caring for individuals, families, babies, and children. She explains why education is central to her approach, why she loves giving someone their first adjustment, and why students need to attend seminars, develop their adjusting art, and seek strong chiropractic mentors.

Her closing message is one the profession needs:

Respect those who came before you.

    Respect those coming behind you.

    Respect your fellow chiropractors.

    Carry the torch.

And protect the profession that gives hope to humanity.

  • If You Were the Last Chiropractor on Earth with Dr Ian Mathias DC - Chiro Hustle Podcast 817
    2 Nov 2026

If you were the last chiropractor on planet Earth, would the profession survive?

Dr Ian Mathias DC says yes—because he would teach it.

Ian began his professional life as a high school PE teacher in Australia before discovering chiropractic online, experiencing principled chiropractic personally, and eventually retraining to enter the profession.

During chiropractic school, Ian deliberately pursued philosophy, mentorship, seminars, and adjusting education beyond the formal curriculum. Then his background as a teacher resurfaced.

He created the Underground Training Group, beginning with six students practicing in a park outside their university. Week after week, Ian showed up at 7:00 a.m. to help students train their hands, explore adjusting, discuss chiropractic philosophy, and discover possibilities beyond the classroom.

In Episode 817, Ian and James Chester explore what it means to develop certainty as a chiropractor, build community rather than competition, continually refine the art of the adjustment, and remain present enough to truly serve the individual in front of you.

Ian challenges chiropractors to raise their standard—not merely by collecting techniques, but by learning to listen, adapt, remain humble, and recognize the uniqueness of every person they adjust.

And James presents the question every chiropractor should consider:

If you were the last chiropractor on Earth, would chiropractic survive in your hands?

  • From Medical Sales to the Sacred Trust with Dr Nicholas Lim Rui-Xin DC - Chiro Hustle Podcast 816
    28 Oct 2026

Dr Nicholas Lim Rui-Xin DC waited roughly ten years before answering the call to become a chiropractor.

In Chiro Hustle Podcast 816, Nicholas joins James Chester from Singapore to share the journey that took him from recurring childhood health struggles to chiropractic care, from a career in medical sales to Palmer College of Chiropractic, and eventually back home to help strengthen principled, subluxation-centered chiropractic throughout Asia.

A corporate restructuring became a turning point. After seeing how quickly the security of employment could change, Nicholas revisited the chiropractic dream he had put aside years earlier. Within about a year, he was studying in Davenport, Iowa.

Knowing that returning to Singapore would mean fewer opportunities to access the enormous chiropractic seminar community available in the United States, Nicholas immersed himself in the profession. He attended more than 80 seminars, pursued mentorship, participated in mission trips, studied adjusting and philosophy, and developed a particular passion for Zone Technique and chiropractic history.

Nicholas and James discuss why chiropractic must be understood as more than neck and back pain, why the adjustment should remain central to the chiropractor's work, and why understanding chiropractic history is essential to determining the profession's future.

Nicholas also shares the story behind the growing chiropractic community in Singapore and the Asia Chiropractic Summit—a regional effort to build community, education, philosophy, and connection among chiropractors throughout Asia.

At the heart of the conversation is a simple challenge: know where chiropractic came from so you can help determine where it goes next.

Learn the history. Find the mentors. Master the adjustment. Build the community. Protect the Sacred Trust.
