  • 2026 National Cyber Innovation Forum: Combating Fraud – A View from the Frontlines PT. 2
    26 Aug 2026

Today on CTRL+F, we jump into part two of the eleventh session from the 2026 National Cyber Innovation Forum. Head of Corporate & Government Affairs at Snowflake, Matthew Rose, Chief Information Officer at the Department of Treasury, Sam Corcos, Chief Economist at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Anup Malani, and CTO of the Task Force to Eliminate Fraud at the White House, Andrew McCarthy, examine how federal leaders are leveraging data, technology, and interagency collaboration to combat fraud across healthcare, tax and financial payment services, and public entitlement payments. The panel explores how emerging technologies and operational innovation are improving program integrity, reducing improper payments, and safeguarding taxpayer resources while strengthening confidence in essential public services.

What should policymakers know about the federal enterprise’s efforts to eliminate fraud? How is technology reshaping the elimination of fraud? Why is fraud within the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services so prevalent?
