  • Episode 100 — A Decade of Transformation, God's Faithfulness & the Journey Continues
    19 Oct 2026

One hundred episodes. Ten years of growth. One faithful God.

Big Sky Testify has reached its 100th episode, and Adam Vokaty is marking the milestone with something personal: an update on the journey God has been taking him on.

What began as an idea in a men's Bible study has grown into a ministry sharing testimonies of faith, the power of the Holy Spirit, and the life-changing grace of Jesus Christ. But this episode isn't just about looking back at what Big Sky Testify has accomplished. It's about looking back at what God has done.

Adam opens an old prayer journal from 2016, revisiting a time when he was searching for direction, beginning to take his faith seriously, and discovering the plans God had for his life. Ten years later, he reflects on how far he's come—and how much work God is still doing in him.

In this honest and unscripted update, Adam shares the story of a restored relationship with his brother, the power of forgiveness, a meaningful moment of prayer and reconciliation in New Mexico, and the ongoing struggle to surrender pride, business, and personal ambitions to God.

His message is a reminder that following Jesus doesn't mean we've stopped struggling. It means we know where the light comes from, and we keep returning to the One who is transforming us.

As Big Sky Testify celebrates 100 episodes and a growing reach across 333 cities and 65 countries, Adam reflects on the people who have trusted the podcast with their testimonies and the importance of bringing faith beyond our headphones and into everyday life.

This isn't a story about having it all figured out. It's a story about God's faithfulness, one step at a time.

Thank you to everyone who has listened, shared a testimony, prayed for this ministry, or helped bring Big Sky Testify to life. This milestone belongs to all of you—but above all, the glory belongs to God.

  • Dear God, Amen: Acts 22 — Your Testimony Matters | God's Faithfulness & Discipleship
    16 Oct 2026

What if God has been working in your life for years before you ever recognized it?

In Acts 22, Paul stands before a hostile crowd and shares his testimony—from persecuting followers of Jesus to encountering Christ and being called to proclaim the gospel. His story reminds us that our past does not define our future, and that even the most difficult moments can become opportunities to point others toward Jesus.

Adam and Obie dig into the power of personal testimony, reflecting on how God uses people, relationships, and circumstances to draw us closer to Him over time. Not everyone has a dramatic Damascus Road experience. Sometimes faith grows through a slow burn, as God patiently pursues us through years of conversations, friendships, and unexpected encounters.

This conversation also challenges us to examine our priorities. Are we so busy with work, family schedules, church activities, and commitments that we have forgotten to be still before God? Are we making time to hear His voice, invest in others, and intentionally disciple the next generation?

From Ananias's obedience to Paul's courage under persecution, Acts 22 reminds us that following Jesus means more than checking religious boxes. It means living in His grace, sharing our faith, loving our neighbors, and using every opportunity to point people to Christ.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Paul's testimony and his encounter with Jesus in Acts 22.
    • How God works through ordinary relationships and seemingly insignificant seasons.
    • Why your testimony matters, even if you don't remember one defining moment of salvation.
    • The danger of burnout and the importance of making room for God.
    • Ananias's obedience and the responsibility to disciple others.
    • Why following Jesus is about grace and transformation, not religious checklists.
    • How opposition and difficult circumstances can become opportunities to share the gospel.

Scripture focus: Acts 22, with connections to Acts 9, Matthew 28:19–20, Psalm 46:10, and Revelation 12:11.

Take a moment to reflect: Where has God been working in your life that you may not have recognized at the time? And who might He be calling you to encourage, disciple, or share your story with today?

Join Big Sky Testify as we open God's Word, share honest conversations, and keep pointing one another back to Jesus.

  • Pray, Pray, Pray: More Than Conquerors
    12 Oct 2026

What does it really mean to be more than a conqueror? In this episode of Big Sky Testify: Pray, Pray, Pray, Adam dives into Romans 8:28–39 to explore God's purpose for His people, the meaning of predestination, and the incredible assurance that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.

Paul reminds us that God's purpose isn't simply to make our circumstances comfortable or remove every hardship. His purpose is to conform us to the image of His Son. Through Romans 8 and Ephesians 1, we explore God's saving work through the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, including redemption, adoption, justification, and the promise of future glory.

We also look back to Genesis 3, where Adam and Eve responded to sin with shame and hiding, and to Luke 15, where Jesus reveals the heart of God through the shepherd who seeks the lost and the father who welcomes his returning son. These passages remind us that we don't have to hide our failures or make ourselves worthy before coming to Christ. Through Jesus, we can come honestly before the Father and find redemption, forgiveness, and restoration.

This episode also challenges us to keep praying for people who seem far from God—even when we've begun to wonder whether they'll ever return to Him.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • What Paul means when he says we are “more than conquerors.”
    • How God works through suffering without calling evil good.
    • Predestination and God's purpose to conform His people to the image of Jesus.
    • How the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit work together in our salvation.
    • The connection between sin, shame, fear, and hiding from God.
    • Why our hope rests in what Jesus has done, not in our ability to cover our failures.
    • How we can continue praying for those who seem far from God.

    Scripture references: Romans 8:28–39; Ephesians 1:3–14; Genesis 2:25 and 3:7–11; Luke 15:1–7 and 15:11–32; Ephesians 2:13–18; Psalm 44:22.

    Questions to consider:
What am I hiding from God that I need to bring honestly before Him? Am I trusting God's purpose to make me more like Jesus, even when I don't understand my circumstances? Who am I praying for who seems far from God, and how can I continue to pray with hope?

Don't confuse the pain of the journey with the absence of God's love. Don't confuse your weakness with the failure of His purpose.

Join Adam for this episode of Pray, Pray, Pray, a devotional segment of Big Sky Testify, and be reminded that neither death nor life, neither the present nor the future, nor anything else in all creation can separate God's people from His love in Christ Jesus our Lord.
