A podcast that explores the space between awareness and action.

For the ambitious woman who has built a life that looks good on paper, but somewhere along the way, it started to feel a little less like hers.

Maybe you’re successful, but restless. Fulfilled, but craving something more. Tired of hustling, overthinking, or constantly trying to figure out what’s next. Maybe you know your patterns and can feel that something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure how to move forward.

Hosted by coach Sabrina Del Duca, Before You Change Everything… explores what’s actually happening beneath our behaviors, decisions, and desire for change, especially the emotions we’ve learned to suppress, control, avoid, or distrust.

Because we’re all negotiating with emotion. We overthink to find certainty, people-please to avoid disappointment, and overachieve to feel like we’re enough. But what if the way forward isn’t about controlling how you feel or figuring everything out first?

Through honest conversations, personal stories, and the questions we don’t always stop long enough to ask, we’ll explore what your emotions are communicating, the patterns you’ve developed around them, and how understanding them can help you make more conscious choices.

This is the work Sabrina does with her coaching clients: feel what’s there, understand what it’s telling you, and choose how you want to respond.

Because sometimes, you don’t need to change everything. You need to understand what’s happening within you and what you actually want to do next.

Before You Change Everything… Let’s have a conversation about what’s actually happening.

  • What If You’re Not Overthinking?
    Oct 20 2026

How many times have you told yourself to stop overthinking? You go around and around in your head, analyze every possibility, and try to figure out what you should do. And then, on top of everything else, you get frustrated with yourself for doing it again.

But what if thinking isn't actually the problem?

In this episode of Before You Change Everything…, we're exploring what might be happening underneath overthinking and why your mind can become the place you go when feeling something feels harder.

Because sometimes, all that thinking isn't helping you find an answer. It's helping you avoid an uncomfortable feeling.

We'll look at how thinking can give us a temporary sense of control, why trying to reason your way out of an emotion can keep you stuck, and how to recognize when you're genuinely working through a problem versus looking for relief from what you're feeling.

You'll also get an opportunity to pause, step out of the mental loop, and get curious about what's actually happening beneath it.

The goal isn't to stop thinking. It's to understand what you're feeling so you can decide what you want to do with that information.

  • What If You Don't Need to Prepare for Every Possible Outcome?
    Oct 20 2026

Have you ever rehearsed a conversation in your head before it even happened?

You imagine what someone might say, how they might react, what you'll say in response, and how you'll explain yourself if things get uncomfortable.

And before you know it, you're already feeling anxious, defensive, or frustrated about a conversation that hasn't even taken place.

I've done this myself, especially when anticipating judgment from people close to me.

In this episode, I'm exploring what happens when we start responding to the story we've created about a situation rather than what's actually happening in front of us.

We'll look at how our thoughts can influence how we feel, how those feelings affect the way we show up, and how our attempts to protect ourselves can sometimes contribute to the very experiences we're trying to avoid.

Because sometimes, the conversation you're preparing for isn't the only thing making you uncomfortable. You're already having it in your head.

    In this episode, you'll explore:

    • Why we rehearse conversations and anticipate other people's reactions.
    • How the stories we tell ourselves can influence our emotions and behavior.
    • The difference between preparing for a difficult conversation and experiencing it in advance.
    • How to return to the present instead of reacting to something that hasn't happened yet.
