  • The Warrior Is Never Finished
    Sep 1 2026
Warrior Reflections — The Warrior Is Never Finished | 1 September Recovery is more than simply stopping an addiction or surviving the worst chapter of our lives. It is about personal growth, mental health, emotional awareness, spirituality, discipline, and learning how to live differently. In today’s Warrior Reflection, we explore willingness, recovery, values, self-awareness and personal transformation — and what happens when we stop asking, “Why is this happening to me again?” and begin asking: “What is this asking me to become?” Whether you are navigating addiction recovery, mental health struggles, grief, trauma, anxiety, loneliness, spiritual growth or simply trying to become a better version of yourself, this reflection is for you. We talk about learning to pause instead of react, allowing our values to guide our decisions, taking responsibility for who we bring into the world, and recognising that growth never truly finishes. You don't have to have everything figured out. You only have to remain willing. One day. One choice. One moment at a time. --- 🎵 Music featured in today’s show: With thanks to Smylin Coyote for allowing their music to be part of the journey. 📱 TikTok: @l.e.o275 Be More Dog — Real Talk. Real Life. • Warrior Reflections — What We Give Away, We Keep | 31 August
    Aug 31 2026
Today’s Warrior Reflection is about service, gratitude, survival, and the power of using what we have lived through to help someone else. We don’t need all the answers. We don’t need to fix anybody. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can offer another human being is simply: “I’ve been there too.” Whether your battle is addiction, mental health, grief, loneliness, trauma, homelessness, fear, or simply trying to find your way through life, your story still has value. Today we remember how far we’ve travelled, honour the battles already survived, and ask one simple question: Can the light we found along the way help somebody walking behind us? One day. One choice. One moment at a time. --- 🎵 Music featured in today’s show: Smiling Coyote With thanks to Smiling Coyote for allowing their music to be part of the journey. 📱 TikTok: @l.e.o275 Be More Dog — Real Talk. • Warrior’s Daily Reflection — The Door Is Open | 30 August
    Aug 30 2026

The Warrior’s Daily Reflection returns. Today’s reflection is about willingness — understanding that we do not have to arrive healed, certain, fearless or perfect before we begin. Whatever battle you are facing — addiction, mental health, grief, anxiety, loneliness, compulsive behaviour, trauma, anger, fear, or simply the struggle of being human — the door to change remains open. Sometimes we cannot wait until we feel better before we start living differently. Sometimes action must lead the way. Make the call. Ask for help. Take the walk. Tell the truth. Make the amends. Reach out to another human being. Recovery, growth and spiritual awakening are rarely built through one enormous moment. They are built through small courageous choices made one day at a time. Today we ask: Am I moving towards the person I want to become? You don't have to conquer tomorrow. Just take the next right step today. Every struggle. Every warrior finding their way home.

  • NEURODIVERSE: Borderline Personality Disorder — What the Textbook Says vs What It Feels Like
    Aug 18 2026
What does Borderline Personality Disorder actually feel like to live with?

In the first episode of my NEURODIVERSE series, I take a deep dive into BPD — moving beyond diagnostic terminology to explore the human reality behind it.

We look at emotional dysregulation, fear of abandonment, relationships, anger, impulsivity, identity, emptiness, dissociation, stigma, treatment and recovery. Alongside the clinical understanding, I explore anonymous lived experiences from people with BPD and share extensively from my own life: where the textbook reflects my experience, where it doesn't, and what I've learned from living through it.

This is a long-form episode because I didn't want to reduce a complicated condition — or the people living with it — to a checklist of symptoms.

A clarification about NICE: During the episode I refer several times to NICE. NICE is the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, a public body that produces evidence-based guidance and recommendations for health and social care in England. At points during the recording I may incorrectly refer to NICE alongside, or as, a charity. That description is incorrect. The clinical guidance attributed to NICE in the episode is being discussed as guidance from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence.

This episode is intended for education and discussion and includes personal lived experience. It is not medical advice and should not be used for self-diagnosis.

    The diagnosis is information.

    It isn't identity.

    It isn't morality.

    And it isn't destiny.

Daywalkers. Creatures of the Night. Warriors.

    Welcome to NEURODIVERSE.

  • Invisible Rounds: Fighting Grief When No One's Watching
    Aug 11 2026

When we hear the word grief, most of us think about death.

But what about the people who are still alive... and no longer part of our lives?

In this deeply personal episode, I explore the kind of grief that rarely gets spoken about—the loss of friendships, relationships, family, addiction, the person we used to be, and the difficult journey of learning to let go without stopping ourselves from loving.

Inspired by watching Anthony Joshua step back into the ring, this conversation isn't really about boxing. It's about the invisible battles we all fight, the memories that stay with us, and discovering that healing isn't about forgetting—it's about learning to carry love in a different way.

If you've ever found yourself missing someone who's still alive, questioning the past, or struggling to move forward while holding on to memories, this episode is for you.

    Because sometimes...

The hardest fight is the one nobody else can see.

    In this episode:

    • Why grief isn't only about death.
    • The hidden grief of people who are still alive.
    • Recovery, identity and becoming a different person.
    • Why memories can still make us smile... and cry.
    • Learning to stop fighting reality.
    • Why letting go doesn't mean you stop loving.

If this conversation resonates with you, I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. Share this episode with someone who might need to hear it today.

    Take care of yourselves.

    Take care of each other.
