Hello friend,
I sat down to record without an outline, a topic, or even a clear idea of what I wanted to say; Just a feeling. That's new for me.
Apparently, I was prepared. 😂
As I started talking, I noticed something happening. My body was settling. My thoughts were finding their own way forward. And I began wondering if maybe I’ve been carrying an outdated definition of what it means to show up prepared.
What if preparation isn’t always about knowing what comes next?
Sometimes, maybe it’s simply being present enough to notice what’s already here.
This episode is an unscripted reflection on presence, trust, old patterns, and opening up to what wants to be expressed.
