Pay Attention to Your Attention: What Are You Feeding?

Gray argues that time isn’t the only constraint, attention is, and repeated self-stories like “I’m bad at tech” become convincing conclusions. She urges creatives to notice where attention goes in life and business, avoid feeding only comfortable tasks, and choose what deserves attention.
