The electrifying sequel to the international best seller Variant Lost.
Bradford Hills feels more like home than any other place Evelyn Maynard and her mother lived while on the run. But with everyone reeling from the violent clash between Variants and humans, her new home doesn’t feel safe any more.
Navigating four increasingly complicated supernatural bonds in secret doesn’t help. Ethan and Josh can’t keep their hands off her. Tyler is supportive but continues to keep her at arm’s length. Alec has both saved and destroyed her yet seems oblivious to the turmoil he’s caused.
As tensions between Variants and humans continue to escalate, dark and dangerous secrets keep creating seemingly insurmountable challenges.
Who’s kidnapping Vitals?
What was Evelyn’s mom running from?
Will it ever be safe for Evelyn to go public with her true identity?
More deadly answers are coming, whether she’s ready for them or not.

Wanted have AB as well, so I bought this after a long consideration.
At first I felt something's missing, but couldn't tell what it was. The second time I heard it then I realised that there is no REAL "Chapter 1" exist‼
Chapter 1 in this Audiobook is Prologue in the book, and Chapter 2 here is Chapter 2 in the book.
So where is "The Chapter 1" from the book❓
I don't know where to contact about this error, so I'm writing here.
The most important thing I want here is to have the error-corrected, proper version of Audiobook, then it could be possibly changed from 1 star to something else😉.(even though Male narrator is sounded more like middle-aged man than young guys' of early-twenties )
I hope that the error would be corrected as fast as possible, so everyone, who finds this series very interesting, could have the completed version of it ASAP.
One whole chapter is missing ‼
