Throughout the entire book, it focuses solely on promoting mind control events and exercises, repeatedly emphasizing how great they are without actually revealing practical exercises. The descriptions of the exercises are superficial and lack depth. I kept encountering advertisements and various stories on the subject, leading to excessive repetition. I don't believe an entire book is necessary for this topic, and if it is, I would expect deeper and more detailed insights rather than just surface-level enthusiasm for mind control. In conclusion, I wouldn't really recommend this book.

The insights into mind control are indeed interesting, but that's about it.
