J.B. Rush
From Simone Elkeles, the New York Times & USA Today bestselling author of the PERFECT CHEMISTRY series and debut author J.B. Rush comes a novel set in the late 80's & early 90's.
Billy Brooks is turning 50 and his life is a mess. His wife is leaving him, his kids think he's a total dork, and COVID forced him to close down his once lucrative business. Where did it all go wrong?
BACK IN THE 80'S & 90'S BILLY WAS THE PARTY KING!
It all started in the 80's...when big hair, mullets, and Members Only jackets were rad and Guns N' Roses ruled the FM airwaves. Freshman frat boy Billy Brooks has just been suspended from his Big 10 university for a bogus crime he didn't commit and is forced to go back home to Chicago.
Billy lands a job as a roadie for a DJ company & enters an underground club scene with bodacious babes, doobage, and fly music that defined the 80's and 90's.
When a chill grunge chick challenges him to change his newfound party hardy ways, Billy is forced to choose between living in the fast lane or settling down. The choice he makes causes his life to go from Paradise City to The End Of The World As We Know It.
