Bei diesem Buch habe ich nach einiger Zeit nachgesehen, ob das wirklich die gleiche Autorin war. Ich hatte Mühe dabei zu bleiben, weil mich die Geschichte nicht eingefangen hat. Das Ganze wirkt wie eine Patchworkdecke aus Szenen, die mir irgendwie bekannt vorkommen.
Vielleicht ist das Erscheinungsdatum ein Hinweis. Es ist am 11.8.2020 erschienen, so dass das letzte Stadium vor der Drucklegung in die Corona Krise gefallen sein muss.
Ich werde bestimmt das nächste Buch von Lisa Gardner kaufen und hoffe, dann wieder die Qualitäten vorzufinden, die ich so an ihren Thrillern schätze.
