But giving in wasn't an option for Leg Ondo. The Brown Bear clan brooked no cowards. If fighting was the way to go, it was a fight to the death, to the last drop of blood. Most importantly, the new world needed to be explored and understood, the local iteration of magic in particular. Let nobody ever say that the youngest of the Bears was unworthy!

I also got the ick when he said he felt something in his chest when he looked at a teenage girl. Dude was a grown @ss being in his last life and even though he doesn't remember much, he still has that part of him chilling in his head
Eeugh. Brother eugh.
I wasn't going to say anything about the narrator's voice because I thought he was an old man and you can't do anything about the effect of age on one's voice box but apparently he's not old?!
Why in the world would you speak in a shaky voice when talking as a "teenager"? The shake slipped into his other voices, too. Okaaay... I just listened to another one of his narrations and apparently that's just his narrator voice. Normally he speaks just fine...
