Petra Kara never wanted to fall in love with Jesse Tindall. But the brilliant hacker saw past her powers and loved the woman beneath the weapon. Together, they destroyed an empire. Now she has to let him go.
A demon claims Petra was created for chaos. That her bloodline is cursed. That she'll bring ruin to everyone she loves. So she runs. Alone. Across deserts and archives, chasing a truth buried in the oldest language on Earth. But Jesse won't let her go that easily. He's tracking her every move. And the closer they get to the truth, the more dangerous their love becomes, until finally, Petra faces an impossible choice. Save the man she loves or discover who she really is.
Because some truths are worth dying for. And some loves are worth the apocalypse.

The legend of the fallen angels has been a popular trope for romance novels for decades, usually featuring a forbidden romance between a human and an angel. This is not that story. Readers who love the Elemental Origins series won't want to miss this new series from A.L. Knorr, entitled A Trespass of Angels

1. This story does not need special effects in the voices. It is written to trigger the own imagination perfectly.
2. I love the humor in this one! Laughed out loud a couple of times.
3. Regarding voice acting: Both did a great job with the different characters. The male voice I liked a lot. The female voice was good too, but a little breathy. Like, not every sentence needs to end in a breath.
4. In Chapter 24 there is something cut out.
5. And this one is optional, but I wouldn't mind if you don't skip the love making scenes. ;)
