Das Hörbuch ist top. Lediglich die gestellte Stimme der Lily war grauenhaft :D
Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen! Und das Empfinden beim Klang einer Stimme ist natürlich auch sehr subjektiv, deshalb würde ich jedem empfehlen sich selbst eine Meinung zu bilden. Verständlich ist das Englische auch für nicht-Muttersprachler sehr gut!

Such a good story, which begins like a romance and becomes a thrilling crime. And the speaker acts incredible. It is amazing, how he changes his voice for each person.

Dieses Hoerbuch sollte ein bisschen Entspannung bieten, nach allzu vielen Morden in zu vielen Krimis. Und da dachte ich Sparks sei eine sichere Bank. Leider habe ich wohl bei der Auswahl nicht aufgepasst, denn -was sich in den ersten Kapiteln anliess, wie ich es erwartet hatte, verwandelte sich irgendwann in eine Art Action-Thriller. Natürlich auch noch wie inzwischen schon fast unausweichlich mit einem voellig durchgeknallten Mörder. Ich habe das Buch dann zwar zu Ende gehoert, obwohl es irgendwann nur noch um Gewalt ging, bin aber sehr ernüchtert.
Auch bei Krimis ziehe ich die psychologisch interessanten ohne Blut und Herumballerei vor, doch dieses Buch endet leider genau so. Schade um meine Zeit, werde in Zukunft noch besser aufpassen, vor allem bei amerikanischen Autoren - die sind einfach viel zu fasziniert von jeder Art von Gewalt!
