The story took a very serious topic and created a world (or two) around it. Very well performed, lots of distinguished voices and accents, and no giving away the ending before the twist. It was hard to listen to at times because of the in-depth descriptions of domestic violence and (hinted at) abuse. Four stars, would recommend.

Die Story war sehr „zerpflückt „ und man hatte das Gefühl es wurden Kapitel aneinander gereiht um die Geschichte länger zu haben. Nicht wirklich spannend. Bei den letzten Kapitel war dann gar keine Spannung mehr da. Der Schluss war kurz und knapp .

Quite an interesting story that draws you in. I can't relate the poor rating. The book may not be a "page turner" but there is a deep meaning in this story.
