The story starts really slow and boring and unfortunately picks up relatively late.
I just hope it is an introduction into the second book which should get a little bit more action if I'm supposed to read the third.

Next to the fascinating story the speaker does an impressive job by giving the different characters suitable voices and accents.

Die Grundgeschichte ist wie bei Extinction, das mögliche Aussterben der gegenwärtigen Evolutionsstufe des Menschen durch Menschen der nächsten Generation.
Auch dieser Autor verlegt die Handlungen weitest gehend in die Geographie seines Ursprungslandes, was an sich nicht verwerflich ist.
Aus irgendeinem Grund fällt es mir schwer seiner Geschichte immer zu folgen.
Emotional problematisch ist, das ALLE Charaktere irgendwie nicht vertrauenswürdig sind.
Extrem schwierig zu ertragen ist, dass es immer wieder zu unglaublich langen Phasen unglaublich heftiger Gewalt kommt, bis hin zu langatmigen detaillierten Kick, Bang Bum Schlagabtausch-Folgen.
Die Geschichte an sich ist echt toll.. aber die Umsetzung könnte erträglicher sein.
Der Vorleser ist nicht auffällig.
Gute Idee etwas brutal umgesetzt...

der autor schreibt auf einem niveau dass sich einem die zehennägel kräuseln und die geschichte liest sich wie ein billiger james-bond-abklatsch.
dieses buch werde ich mir sicher nicht zu ende anhören.
