This ia a great continuation of the first book, bringing some higher stakes and investment into the rest of the cast around vincent.

I waited for the second part of the series! I'm so happy it got another one. I am in live with the series but I feel like this part is... Trying to push too much plot together and at the same time being slow? It's weird haha I still find it highly entertaining and am waiting for the next part!

Extremely good like the first one

Lots of new story to enjoy.

Thorough explanations and impressive worldbuilding,

Feels more heavy than the 1st volume.

The narrator also has a tendency to sound insisting, very confident and speaks fast. Maybe there are also audio filters which amplify the tone towards being non-relaxed and overbearing, at least when listening for a prolonged time.

solid 2nd book, no chill
