It's been months since ex-Navy SEAL Jack McCullen last saw his fiancee, Suz Molloy. Good Storyline, well read and more of a Thriller than a soppy Lovestory. really nice. Unfortunatly with a pretty annoying and whiny "leading lady". Jack deserves better......

Fmc wants mmc to change and not to be him, so that she can feel better and she has her dream dad like her own for her children - it’s just rubbing me the wrong way. She feels all the time sorry for herself but she tells herself a different story. She is sad that her dad is dead and tries to replace him with jack …. When jack doesn’t fit the bill, they compromise and jack does everything for her what he can (house, friends, support system,…) but she is still miserable and now misses her friends and will still not support jack and love him for the way he is … after 4yrs, she decides to leave him while he is unconscious - I struggle to feel for the fmc. Jack deserve better!

Everything she went through is her own fault, she had countless opportunities to get free, instead she makes herself knowingly a hostage…
