Heart is a compilation of poetry and spoken word, filled with poetic works of word art that is filled with laughter, tears, and the highs and lows of life. Heart touches on the many issues we are all faced with today like, racism, trafficking, gun violence, love, heart break, betrayal, and losing loved ones. Heart sheds light on the beauty of creation and walking in relationship with God. Heart takes you on a journey that seats you beside quiet waters and rifts you into places of anger and cries for justice.
Heart is a testimony of a woman's imperfect life, striving to bring balance and awareness to the true struggles, weaknesses and strengths found within our humanity. Heart will capture your attention and take you within experiences of peace and joy. You will laugh, think, and be called to action toward moving into unity, and be inspired to elevate into a better place within the world we find ourselves in today. Heart invokes thoughts that include others and not only self. Take a journey into a Heart filled with love, imperfection, truth, and inspiration.
