Xen isn't your typical Hunter. In fact, he isn't even human.

As someone else mentioned, Spatial awareness is "so-so" at times and somethings dont make 100% sense. But i doubt its AI written ... more likely the Newbie Hobby Author is just not the best and the proof reader didn't catch logic mistakes. Its to random and sparsely, that it would be AI.
When in doubt, just bad writing skills. Like how people start describing Sunlight and Moonlight and Stellarlight as different things... when its all the same or when "a heavy silent thud was heard". What is it? Silent? Heavy? Loud? Can't be all the same.
But i probably wont be getting Book 2. The good stuff of the Story is more or less done for me. Which is the whole "more or less lone wolf in a dungeon".
Okay and at times weird.
