The main character, i.e. the Team Lead (which is kind of the captain) is insecure, emotionally driven, and socially underdeveloped. You're forced to listen to the tiring musings of a 14 year old. (I apologize to all 14 year olds for stereotyping. You didn't deserve this.) Plans are developed on the go, decisions are made solely for emotional self-gratification, wrong decisions can not be changed because of fear of losing face. This character is entirely unfit to lead a team as well as build a connection to me, as a listener.
I quit after 3h.

The main character was an unreliable narrator, which isn't my favourite trope. She was also very dramatic and determined to think the worst of herself. which is fine but also not my favourite.
I really loved the voice actress. it might be a bit much for other people, but I think that stems from the amount of drama and panic the MC experiences.
overall I would recommend it.
