With this relaxation exercise for overcoming anxiety, you can enter into a dialogue with your own inner fears. For self-soothing, specific formulas of autogenic training are used. With affirmations you can take on the role of observer of your fears more clearly and better and gradually learn to let go of your fears.
In dealing with one's own fears, everyone has usually developed their own strategies - but these do not always help to reduce fears. Psychotherapy for fear developments and manifestations of any kind is an important module to find a way out of personal fears.
But also Syncsouls has created with this exercise a basic supporting module, in which you activate in dialog with yourself a few constructive behavioral and thought patterns, which support you helpfully in relieving fears.
