Banished from his village, an archmage enters the mana-dry wastes.

Das Magic System ist ein bisschen durchsichtig, man hat kein richtigen Bezug wie viel die einzelnen Zauber kosten. Der Hauptcharakter schmeißt mit Meister- Zaubern um sich als wäre es nichts... in anderen Situationen sind sie dann zu teuer ;) Das System an sich ist aber gut, gefällt mir.
Was ich auch schade finde ist, er ist auf Stufe 2 was Anfangs ein Problem ist, später dann aber keine Rolle mehr spielt, der Kampf gegen Freak ist so WoW, mit jedem weiteren Gegner wird der Hauptcharakter dann immer stärker ohne jeglichen Grund, was irgendwie schade ist, man hätte da bisschen was machen können.
Ich freue mich tzdm auf die weiteren Bücher hoffe das sie schnell kommen, das man nicht alles vergisst bis das nächste kommt. Die Chancen stehen hoffentlich gut das letzte Buch hat 2 Monate gebraucht, die jetzt aber schon wieder rum sind.
4,5 als Bewertung finde ich gerechtfertigt, ist nicht für jeden was aber wer das Genre mag macht mit dieser Geschichte nichts falsch.
Hoffe ich konnte weiterhelfen.

The only weakness I have is the need for magic energy and even that can be overcome easily by blackmailing and stealing.
The "hero" kills, subdues and manipulates people from the start to the end of the book without any kind of remorse because "he has done worst in the past"
It's a little bit like watching a child constantly pulling out a fly wings and noone in the story can stop it.
Boring story.
