Peter Storm was sold to the devil at birth.

Peter took the name of Sephtis and became a high priest. He carried out blood sacrifices in the name of Satan and spread disorder in the Christian ranks by posing as a youth pastor.
He raped, murdered, and destroyed with no conscience, for his loyalty to the Prince of Darkness outweighed any other cause.
